Breakages & Shortages:
All breakages & shortages must be strictly reported, in writing, within 3 days of purchase, otherwise we will not accept responsibility.
Returns Policy Cancellation of Orders must be received within 7 days of goods being received. Goods should be returned in a satisfactory condition. Refund of goods will be processed within 30 days of receipt of cancellation notice being received. Cost of return of goods is the Consumer’s liability. If you receive a faulty/broken product you should contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will refund your costs for the product and postage for returning the product.
